Hello Ducks...

So HOT!

We found a cool spot :)

The new bridge at our favourite park!

We love our adventures...

today

we

got up

early...

(thank you Craig for getting up:)

and

headed out for bloodwork.

Then we stopped for a visit with the ducks...

We

Feed

them.

They were happy and so were we...

We then walked over to our local Rexall store and bought a treat and a drink.

Then we headed back to the park for more fun in the sun....

My arm got all strange lookin'

and was turning purple and bluish.

It was very swelled and started to hurt me...

So, back to the clinic we went.

Apparently everything was ok...

These things can happen!

(of course, they do :)

and only to me.

So to make a long story short...

we headed back home...by foot I might add and got ice on my arm.

I had a rest and my arm still looks awful.

But, it is feeling not as sore.

That's the end of our little Tuesday morning adventure.

I'm thinking swimming at Nan's and Pop's tonight!!!
