Fred gave us all a smile this weekend. It has been a busy, sad weekend with the passing of my grandma. Tomorrow we will be putting her to rest.

A Neighbourly Surprise!

I made this for my wonderful neighbours. They treat us like their family. They are kind, helpful and just overall fun people.

This is their last name...I think they are gonna love it!

Oh, Christmas Tree, Oh Wide awake...

My Grandma passed away last night. She was the last grandma I had left. I knew she wasn't well and I also knew this time would come. She lived to be 88-Wow, she had an amazing life considering how hard her life was...Even tho I was "ready" I still feel a little sad inside! I'm sitting at the computer with the Christmas tree on. I did my Christmas tree as my post(in an old style photo) in honour of my late grandma. We will miss you...*tears*

One month today...

lol-Santa Craig is wishing everyone a Merry Christmas.

I found what I was lookin' for...

Finally, after a few months I found the picture(I had an idea in my head). I needed something to complete Craig's room, it was a picture for above his bed. Well, Here it is...He loves it, as do I!



Your never gonna guess where I found it...Goodwill!!! I love that place. I wasn't looking I just was hangin' with my mom in the pillows and I happened to spot it over in the corner. I even did my happy dance :)

Woodstock, Ontario! We packed up the Jeep and headed East, where we made our way to yet another Santa Claus Parade. We were in Woodstock. While there we visited with 3 of my nephews. A good time was had by all...

Family Fun~

It was just a week ago that my nutcracker boyfriend came for the holidays. This has been a busy week, I see. Between him and my youngest Josh...We have an army of nutcrackers!! Check it out...!

I'm feeling somewhat ready...

First, I have to say, I love this pic. Just because really...
Next, When I say snow, a light dusting to get us all in the mood is what I'm talkin' about!!! I can do without the extreme cold and bitterness. I just love to see the first light snowfall of the year. The boys get excited and want to go sleddin'(all the time-I might add) November you have been amazing so far weather wise, I have enjoyed that too. Thank you Dear Weather Lord, in you we trust good things to happen :)

My Newest C-C Design~

Here is a picture of my newest creation from my C-C collection. "Love Life", my favourite! I had to make one for myself and hang it in the living room. Ha Ha, it looks like I need to move the i down just a little bit-lol

This was my Monday.

It was nice to have our get together, we meet every year in November. The 3 OEYC's get together and it is a very fun day, today was no exception! I'm thinking today has to be the best PD day to date.(just my opinion).



We had lots of food, fun, prizes, good company, excellent guest speakers and a drumming activity(that was my fav)!

What were the odds???

Well, out of thousands of people and lots and lots of pictures. Craig and I managed to get our photo taken at the parade. We checked the website and out of 15 pics ours was posted!!! Really, that is just too FUNNY!

It's up! We did get our Christmas tree up and decorated(for the most part). Some of my friends tell me it's freakishly early...but, we LOVE Christmas and Christmas is what you make of it. Heck, Life is what you make of it! Ok, I'm done my little rant! Now, check out our tree. Were going over to Nana's and Papa's to help them with their tree today :D

Let the holidays begin...

It's Beginning to look a lot like...

Christmas! It all started on Friday, i went for my hair cut and my salon had the most beautiful tree up. Then I worked at the Children's Museum and in the foyer they had many BIG, beautiful trees all decorated. On my way home, I had to stop at Shopper's and starring me in the face was yet another beautiful christmas tree. Pressure to perform...I did a quick collage of a bit of our afternoon. We had lots of fun pulling out some decorations. It feels good just to say we have started :)

Craig and I got our pictures taken for the LFP, we were told to check the website and that maybe our picture could be in the paper. The photographer wasn't sure what photos would be picked for the paper. Still, very cool that we made the London Free Press web site :)

Saturday makes me...

Tonight is the Santa Claus parade in London. So, this weekend we are hoping everybody is feeling better and we are going to start to decorate for the holidays-WooHoo.

Were getting sooooooo excited about Christmas. Craig is feeling much better today, so it looks like the tree will be going up! Oh, happy day!

Feel the LOVE~

Today is Friday and not just any Friday, it's PD day. Craig and I had an appointment to get our hair cut. We were both excited!
Well, our plans changed...
Craig woke up 2:20am-sick, sick, sick!!! Poor monkey. Mike was up throughout the night(how sweet is he?)Thanks, honey!
I was up by 4 am and both Craig and Josh were up!!! I knew at this point that today was going to be a long day.
Well,Craig stopped throwing up and I got to go for my haircut.(I felt like I was doing a Dine and Dash) in and out in a blink of an eye. The boys have their new apps. in 2 wks.
We also wanted to bake brownies and put up our Christmas tree. Tomorrow is the Santa Claus parade...
Well, at this point we are just beginning to prepare to make some yummy brownies. The tree may have to wait just a bit longer.(we'll see what happens)
My boy just got off the couch, so maybe we are starting to feel abit better. (fingers crossed)

Good Night Moon,

I love flipping back to Standard time from Daylight Savings Time. I get that extra hour of sleep, and frankly I can't lie to you-I need it~

I do tho have this internal alarm clock that keeps me awake and gets me out of my bed early every day(that includes Saturday and Sunday). Today due to the time change I found myself waking up at 3:40 am-GROSS! See, normally that would be 4:40am still GROSS, I know! But, I like to be gone for a run or to the gym by 5am.

I'm very excited about my new cushion covers. Then I thought I can't just take a picture of just the pillow covers...BORING! So, the only other crazy soul up at this time on a Saturday is my Freddy. He is always willing to help out a girl in need. So, today's post is about my dog Fred and my new pillow/cushion covers from...*Drum-Roll* please...-Dollarama!!! Sometimes that place surprises me.
