Just a quick collage of father and son. Father ties a mean tye. We are slowly getting organzied...mid February Craig is taking a trip for his french class to Quebec and Montreal. Don't tell him...but, I'm a gonna miss him like CRAZY!(he will be gone for 4 whole days).

My Christmas Gift...

I did an edit on this pic in a "retro" setting. I got this wicker chest with drawers for a gift from my parents. I was looking for something to sit at the bottom of our stairs. I love it...it fits in our home perfectly. It's functional with all the drawers. Living in a little house we seem to be lacking closet space. We can never have enough storage. Anyway, to make a long story short...this chest is on sale at Canadian Tire starting tomorrow Friday for only $99.99. What a deal! It retails just over $200. Happy Shopping!

Bored and feeling bad...

Craig left for Lucan today...he should be back mid weekish. It is sooooooooooo quiet here with out him.(don't tell him I said that:)
Anyway, now I'm bored and feeling bad that I failed so terribly on my 2011 blog. I didn't post even half my posts:(
I guess now I just feel if I start the New Year off with a bit of a cushion...I'll be ok.(or maybe it doesn't work that way-lol) I even revisited with one of my favourite sites...Photobucket. I have missed u so!!! Hello to my collages :)

January 1, 2012 = No Snow

Here's a 3 collage of today...I took the pics from my porch. It was a rainy January day!!! I can't believe how green my grass and flowers are. I heard snow for later on tonight and in to tomorrow...maybe just a little bit. Just doesn't feel right without a bit of snow!

Good Bye 2011

So looking back on 2011 it was a happy/sad year. January we had tons of SNOW, Feburary my Craig turned 14, March my Josh turned 12. April I won a contest that gave me a $300 gift card to go shoe shopping-Thanks EZ rock. May is a favourite month for me to garden...June brought us 17 years married! Where does the time go???
My dad had a birthday, my parents anniversary and of course...Craig graduating from Gr.8. What a month!!! July and August were warm and hot at times...we used the pool lots during the summer. September was hard for me...my Craig was off to Highschool. October meant I was turning the big 4-0 :) I don't know how that happened. November our neighbour friend passed away...it was a sad time for us...but, he was sick and now he isn't suffering. December has been AMAZING!!! Dec.3rd I won a new Tassimo coffee maker...Dec.17 I won a $25 gift card from Canadian Tire and just a few days before Christmas I won a backpack from Dickies!!! I have never won so much! Someone asked me if I play the lottery...I'm thinking maybe I should:) Hello 2012!!!
