It was a matter of time...

| The 100ft ladder truck on our side of McCormick's (east side of the building) We were not allowed outside... this was 5 hrs into the fire! We figured it was dark so J and I went for a look. We stayed in our laneway/front yard and didn't leave our street. Most of our neighbours(over 100 of them) were forced to leave their homes! We were lucky... |

| Then J and I looked at the sun setting... Beautiful! We had to get back in the house before someone caught us outside...Police everywhere!!! plus the smell of everything burning was awful!!!
